I cannot thank the front desk and rest of staff enough for making our stay one to remember. The staff was helpful and professional in ensuring our trip went smooth even prior to our arrival. (Thank you!) The property is on the third floor of an old building and has beautiful views. The rooms are clean, comfortable and charming. The breakfast is spectacular and you will not leave hungry. The food was fresh and portions large. Enjoy. The property does offer arranging third party water taxi transportation to and from the airport. It’s pricey, but worth doing at least once! The water taxi takes you directly to property’s pier… just wow. Lastly, the location was perfect.

Exceptional Stay in Venice! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Venice, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The location is perfect! Our room was spotless, elegantly decorated, and offered a stunning view of the canals. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service! They are on top of it! Nothing short of expectations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Thank you very much!!

This is a hard one because I recently found out that a lot of people book hotels in Mestre - outside of Venice proper - to save money. It’s just a short train ride in. I wandered if I would have done that, if I had known. The answer is - no. This hotel is not grand or luxurious but it’s in a lovely old building right on the Grand Canal and I was thrilled to be able to walk into the lounge in the morning and head to the balcony to watch the bustle of the canal. Its location is perfect - five minute walk to the Ca d’Oro water bus stop. If you are traveling solo (as I was) or if you have bags it’s easy to get on the water bus from the train station and save the cost of a water taxi (roughly 80 euros!). The hotel has a gracious courtyard and shares the building with a couple of associations and businesses. You take the small elevator to the third floor and all the rooms are on that floor. The staff is wonderful - very accommodating and responsive. The room was pleasant - clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with excellent shower. I would stay again to have the convenience of being in Venice and not a train ride away.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – close to all major attractions and easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with planning our sightseeing itinerary and providing great recommendations. On a rainy day, they even offered us their own umbrella, which was such a thoughtful gesture. A fantastic experience – we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect location, within 20 minutes of pretty much everything which was great. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby which were more affordable than those on the canal. Staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations when we arrived. The room was a good size and there was plenty of space for unpacking. The free coffee and biscuits in the communal area was a lovely treat!

Great location, right in the center of the city. A pretty Venetian old school building. Nice, cozy and quiet in the room. The staff is friendly and nice. The breakfast has the usuals although it's not the typical open buffet style. The view from our room was great, looking towards the canal. Even the Rialto bridge is partly visible.

Central location easy walking access to all the tourist spots. Staff friendly, hotel small and only 10 rooms. You pick what you’d like for breakfast on arrival for the upcoming days and it’s freshly done for you and saves waste. You can have brioche, breads, jams, cereal, yogurt, boiled egg, cheeses, meets, fresh fruit, cereal and cappacinno/teas. You can tick all and have good breakfast before setting off exploring. There is hand wash & shower gel in bathroom. It’s also great as they had a kettle so can make yourself a coffee or tea (no milk) we brought with us 2 in 1 coffee sachets. You have a fabulous view in lounge/dinner of the canals and great to see what’s going on and you can see the market being set up on the other side. The Rialto bridge is minutes away. There is lots of restaurants, cafes, shops in the area. You can have a snack on the go or go to lovely restaurants. You can honestly get a Aperol Spritz from €3.50-€8 Coffee from as little as €2. The hotel and staff lovely and helpful, everything on your doorstep. Recommend going to Vivaldi Four seasons too. Not far away and even if you’re not into classical it’s very Venetian. We had a great stay Sunday to Wednesday and it exceeded our expectations. Would stay in this hotel again for sure. Photos are sunset from balcony of dinning room and canals and Rialto bridge are views from hotel See my husbands full blog on insta #Travelvan999

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, Probably the best service I’ve received in a while. There’s a balcony in the main “lounge” area of the hotel with views of the grand canal, every morning I enjoyed a peaceful coffee watching Venice wake up. The room was bigger than the pictures depicted, very clean and the beds were very comfy, pleasantly with how room darkening the curtains were. Location was perfect for us and could easily walk to a lot of the main tourist drags in about 10-15mins.

Perfect location in an old palazzo situated on the Grand Canal, with only a short walk to the Realto Bridge and St Marks Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out places to go and see during our stay. Breakfast was delicious with Canal views. The hotel itself is on the third floor of the palazzo, which can be reached by lift or stairs, accessed behind an unassuming door off the busy Strada Nova. Our big, comfortable and clean room provided queit and relaxion from the crowds after full days walking around the sights. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel!
